What is your warranty policy?

We stand behind our work. Here’s exactly what’s covered:

1 Year Limited Warranty — Parts & Labor
New components we install — including memory (RAM), hard drives, SSDs, motherboards, and Wi-Fi cards — are covered for a full year. If it fails, we fix it.

New Laptops & Desktops
All new computers purchased through Naples Computers include a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor. If your manufacturer offers a longer warranty — 2 or 3 years, for example — we cover the first year in-shop, then help you navigate the remaining manufacturer coverage so you’re never on your own.

30-Day Limited Warranty — Parts & Labor
Power-related components including power supplies, AC adapters, and batteries carry a 30-day limited warranty. These parts operate under continuous electrical stress, which limits the coverage window.

7-Day Limited Warranty — Labor
Service work such as virus removal, tune-ups, and data transfers carries a 7-day labor warranty. We do our job thoroughly — but we can’t warrant against a computer being re-exposed to the same conditions after it leaves our shop.

Not Covered
The following fall outside our limited warranty: liquid damage or physical damage from drops and impacts; damage caused by power surges or electrical spikes (we strongly recommend a quality surge protector or UPS — we carry them in-store); consumable items such as thermal compound, CMOS batteries, and mechanical wear components including cooling fans and hinges.

Is there a charge just to look at my computer?
Bring it in — we’ll diagnose it and give you a straight quote before any work begins. You decide whether to move forward. And if the repair doesn’t make financial sense for the age of the machine, we’ll tell you that too — we’d rather keep your trust than take your money on a lost cause. No pressure, no surprises.

How long does a repair take?
Diagnostics are typically completed same-day. Most repairs are done within 1–3 business days. Complex issues like motherboard repair or data recovery may take longer — we’ll always give you a realistic timeframe upfront.

Do you repair Macs as well as PCs?
Yes. We service all Apple Mac computers including MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, and Mac Mini running macOS Ventura, Sonoma, and Sequoia.

My computer won’t turn on — can you still fix it?

Do you offer express or same-day repairs?
