- Run Office Repair from Programs and Features (Quick then Online)
- Check Office activation status and re-sign in to your Microsoft account
- Update Office to the latest version
- Disable Office add-ins one at a time
- For Excel/Word crashes — open in Safe Mode
- Reinstall Office if repair fails
- For shared OneDrive files — check sync status
