My trusty home computer decided to die. I knew it was on the edge of it's life. So I purchased a backup drive and tried to backup all my files. I somewhat succeed in this endeavor. So the dreadful day arrived and I was computer less. Not having an I pad only my I phone. I searched for a replacement computer. I had bookmarked a few computers I wanted and went to Amazon to purchase. I was able to get a computer delivered in two days. Now Naples Computers come into play. I took my old computer and my new computer in to have things straitened out. First off the minimum charge is $100 payable at the request of work. They were able to salvage my old hard drive and transfer my files over. I was informed of the price and when it would be ready. They got everything working on the new computer and the old one was in computer heaven. The total bill was $300. I am very happy with the results and the performance my new computer.

We are now Mac users, but this week, my husband had to pull out our Windows laptop for a specific use...and not a single admin password worked. Not an earthshaking issue for sure but he needed that computer ASAP with some specific windows software added. Enter Naples Computers - they were very confident on the phone and invited us to stop in the same afternoon. No need to leave the computer - passwords were unlocked promptly for a half hour's labor charge. Efficient, friendly, and effective - we would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We recently had difficulty with our computer. We had to replace it with a new one. We were concerned how we would get the data transferred without losing any.I brought it in to Steve at Naplescomputers who assured me that it could be done. The data transfer worked perfectly but it had to be reconnected to the network. This was near impossible because my previous IT person lost the user and password . Nevertheless Joe was able to retrieve the user and password and reconnect it to the network. I highly recommend Naples Computers and I have permanently hired them as as our new IT service.

I had an external hard drive with all my docs and purchased music (pre-Spotify and the other streaming services) that was getting error messages and could no longer be accessed. Took to Best Buy Geek Squad - they said the drive was damaged and the data was irretrievable. So I took it to Naples Computer and Jose said he'd look at it and by the next day, I had all my data on a USB stick! Excellent service, support, and communication. Highly recommend!
